A Great, Big, Beautiful Future of Celebrating Together

 the light is coming…

…to give back everything the darkness stole.

First and foremost, we hope that our message finds you safe and healthy as we enter the final month of this crazy year. We know that everybody has struggled in one way or another, so we wanted to provide an update with a little bit of hope!

We’re happy to report that our team of four employees and sixty contractors are all still together, patiently waiting for a safe return to events. Somehow we have all managed to keep our heads above water even in the face of uncertainty, and we’re so grateful for that.

Although much uncertainty remains, we were thrilled to participate in our first several weddings back from the shutdown during the months of September and October. It was an exciting signal that event professionals are starting to find ways to operate safely in the midst of a pandemic, and a reminder that folks out there still want to come together to celebrate. We know that many events will still need to be postponed until we’re a little further along this road, but this feels like the first step to what we hope will be a beautiful new future of celebrating together.

It’s been a labor of love developing new safety measures to keep our guests, co-vendors, contractors, and employees safe, and we are so thankful specifically to the planners who have been so accommodating to the changes we’ve had to make. We are confident that the words “safe” and “fun” don’t have to be mutually exclusive, and we’re excited to prove it as we move forward!

How have you been doing? We would love to hear from you, and we can’t wait until we can see you again. In the meantime, stay safe, and stay positive.

With much love from your favorite party people.

They were perfect, literally perfect. Through all our questions, requests, demands, inquiries, concerns, rescheduling, on and on and on, they were nothing but gracious, professional, prompt and courteous. Then they showed up and rocked the hell out of absolutely everyone. My wife and I, and every single one of our guests, give them the highest praise possible. And the cherry on top, they let me get on stage and jam with them. We had Ben and his band, which we clearly highly recommend dishing out the extra money for and locking in. Perfect.

The number one priority my bride and I wanted for our wedding was for a night full of dancing--not people begrudgingly on their feet, but truly having the best time on the dance floor. Ben Mallare absolutely delivered that for us. Since getting back from our honeymoon, the first thing people say to us is "that band you had was the best wedding band we've ever seen". If you are reading this review, don't waste another minute--book Ben Mallare--you'll be so glad you did. PS--they even learned a house/electronic song for us by request--they can truly do it all

The entire wedding, we were (and still are) so proud to share the Ben Mallare name and are thrilled we could share our day with them. We could go on and on about how much fun the dance floor was, how engaging the band was with guests, how great the music was, etc., but you should take all of that as an absolute given. Ben Mallare’s band brings together truly talented, hard working and fun musicians. We knew music was going to be a very important part of our wedding weekend and we wanted the absolute best of the best, and we have only the highest recommendation for everything Ben Mallare.
